Gangakolla Gurupadam, aged 30, went missing on Friday night. When he did not return home, his wife, Radha, began searching for him around the village on Saturday morning. Tragically, his body was discovered floating in the lake. Local residents informed Radha that they had seen him fishing at the lake on Friday evening.
Medak: A man, who went fishing in a local lake, drowned in the lake at Chennepally in Chinna Shankarampet mandal.
He was Gangakolla Gurupadam (30). As he failed to return home on Friday night, Gurupadam’s wife Radha searched for him in the village on Saturday morning. His body was found floating in the lake. The locals informed Radha they saw him fishing at the lake on Friday evening.
The police registered a case. The body was shifted to the government hospital for postmortem.
