Responding to the news reports, BRS working president and former Industries Minister KT Rama Rao welcomed the company to Hyderabad.
Hyderabad: MetLife, the world’s largest provider of insurance and financial services, has reportedly signed 2,00,000 square feet of office space in the recently completed Prestige Skytech near Financial District in Hyderabad for their Global Capacity Centre (GCC). The company is expected to create 2,000 jobs.
Responding to the news reports, BRS working president and former Industries Minister KT Rama Rao welcomed the company to Hyderabad.
He said MetLife announced their decision to set up a GCC in Hyderabad during Telangana delegation’s visit to the US in August last year.
“Happy to learn that their GCC is now taking shape. Great to see another giant in the BFSI sector making Hyderabad their home! (sic)” he posted on X.
