Nadda criticises AP govt for ‘failure’ to implement central schemes
VIJAYAWADA: BJP national president JP Nadda criticised the Andhra Pradesh government on Friday for “failing to implement several schemes” sanctioned by the BJP government at the Centre.
Nadda, in virtual mode, inaugurated the BJP district party offices in Chittoor and Anantapur in the presence of state BJP chief Somu Veerraju and BJP senior leader D. Purandeswari respectively from New Delhi. The BJP chief said that the NDA government was making all efforts to develop Andhra Pradesh through several schemes and projects but the state government was unable to implement these.
He said, “I appeal to all the people in Andhra Pradesh to trust the BJP and our party symbol, lotus, so that we will develop the state by all means. I appeal to my party activists to reach out to the people in the state and explain to them about the schemes and works being initiated by the Centre for AP and seek their support.”
The BJP president said the party offices would serve as a centre for doing research and extend welfare to the people and these would work 24×7 for 365 days.
