Rahul Gandhi asked to meet unemployed youth at Ashok Nagar

Hyderabad: With Congress MP Rahul Gandhi arriving in the city on Tuesday, people from different sections were seen appealing to him to meet unemployed youth, farmers and women, who are waiting for the Congress to fulfill the promises made to them during the elections. This apart, posters taking a sarcastic jibe at the Congress MP, especially with the party’s hypocrisy towards Adani Group also surfaced in different parts of the city.

“Instead of giving unnecessary speeches, we kindly request that you revisit Ashok Nagar and arrange a meeting with the youth. After that, please visit the victims of HYDRAA and the Musi River area. Additionally, do not return to New Delhi without meeting the farmers who have fallen victim to Revanth Reddy’s lies and false promises,” one X user said.

Sharing an image of poster in which Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy is seen along with Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani, BRS social media convenor Manne Krishank said on X: “Team RADANI welcomes Rahul Gandhi…”

With some reports suggesting that Rahul Gandhi was likely to meet unemployed youth at a hotel in RTC crossroads in the evening after participating in the Congress party programme on caste census at Bowenpally, BRS leader Satish Reddy went a step ahead and booked a table at the restaurant for Gandhi.

Sharing the image on X, Satish Reddy said “Rahul Gandhiji, we are waiting in the same seat, same table and the same restaurant with the very same Bawarchi Biryani, where are you dined a year ago. Youth of Telangana are waiting to serve you and discuss on the promises given by you. Are you ready? Hot biryani and chilling Thums Up waiting for you!”
