‘Raksha Bandhan’ Scare? Aamir Khan Is Reworking On ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ Second Trailer
Advait Chandan’s Laal Singh Chaddha, featuring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead roles, is among the most-anticipated films of 2022. The official Hindi remake of Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump, LSC has been making news ever since its announcement.
While the much-awaited film is slated to hit the theatres on August 11, the makers unveiled its trailer last month. Surprisingly, it received a mixed response from the viewers.
Since Laal Singh Chaddha marks Aamir’s comeback to the big screens after a gap of four years, he doesn’t want anything to go wrong. Hence, the actor is reportedly reworking the second trailer. As per the latest buzz, he has taken the response in a positive light and is looking after the film’s edit too.
Revealing the same, a source informed Bollywood Hungama, “Aamir has plans to launch multiple trailers for Laal Singh Chaddha and on seeing the feedback from audience, he is reworking on the second trailer cut to add in some drama and humour to it. The actor wanted the audience to get a vibe of his film with the first trailer and then open up the audience to the world that he has created there”.
The source added, “aal Singh Chaddha is essentially a drama and Aamir is well aware of the audience attention span for dramas in the post pandemic times. Hence, he is personally invested in all the aspects of Laal Singh Chaddha – from trailer 2 to the final edit of the film”.
Well, this might be the Raksha Bandhan effect too. For the unversed, Laal Singh Chaddha will be clashing with Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan at the box office. The makers recently released its trailer and it has received a good response from the moviegoers.
We wonder if the news of Aamir reworking his film’s new trailer coming out just after the Raksha Bandhan trailer release is a coincidence or if Mr. Perfectionist is preparing himself for the box office battle.
