Ready For The Fardeen Khan Era To Come Back? Here’s All You Need To Know About His Film!

For all the 90s kids, guys and girls alike, one actor who managed to give us fashion and style goals back in the day was Fardeen Khan.

Watching him in movies like Fida, Khushi, Janasheen or even No Entry was a guilty pleasure for most of us.

Now, I’m not going to laud him over the moon for his acting skills because if I’m being honest, they were pretty subpar.

However, one thing even I can’t deny is that the man had panache and a hard-to-miss attitude. Something that he still carries in abundance as he makes his way back to the tinsel town.

Which explains why fans were so excited to hear the news of Fardeen Khan making his comeback in Bollywood, after all these years.

Coming together with director Sanjay Gupta, Fardeen Khan will be seen starring alongside Ritiesh Deshmukh in a drama-thriller Visfot. The film is an official remake of the 2012 Venezuelan film, Rock, Paper, Scissors.

Also starring actors like Priya Bapat, Krystle D’Souza, Seema Bapat and Sheeba Chadha, the film was earlier in talks of a theatrical release, however, is now going for a direct OTT release.

The director Sanjay Gupta explained the school of thought behind his decision as he shared, “We have no illusion of taking these movies to theatres and making big numbers. I was clear that it would take a minimum of two years for [Bollywood to recover after the pandemic].”

The plot of the movie revolves around Fardeen Khan’s character who kidnaps the son of a pilot (played by Ritesh Deshmukh). The shooting has been done in Mumbai and Fardeen, in one of his previous interviews shared how he plays a guy from Dongri in the film.
