Hyderabad: Md Sadik’s brilliant five-wicket haul powered North Zone to a five-wicket victory over Central Zone in the Physically Differently Abled T20 Cricket Inter-Zonal Tournament at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad, on Tuesday.
Batting first, Central Zone posted 138/8, with Lokesh Marchlad top-scoring with 46, while Sadik shone with figures of 5/16. In reply, Wasim Iqbal’s blistering 55 (5×4, 4×6) guided North Zone to victory in 19.1 overs.
