Salman Khan confirms film with Sooraj Barjatya, says ‘Prem will return’
Salman Khan was spotted at Uunchai’s screening, which was held in Mumbai on November 9. The actor brought with him his usual swag, and posed for the paps present at the event. He even held director Sooraj Barjatya’s hand as they posed together. It was during this event that Salman confirmed ‘Prem will return’.
SALMAN KHAN TO REUNITE WITH SOORAJ BARJATYA
When Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya met at the screening of Uunchai, the paparazzi present there asked if Barjatya is planning to reunite with Salman Khan and continue with the Prem series. To this, Barjatya was quick to reply, “Prem will return.” He also added, “title registered.”

Salman then jokingly said, “Prem will return and he (Sooraj Barjatya) will make sure that he gets married too. Inhone picture ka title bhi announce bhi kar diya, Prem Ki Shaadi. (He has even announced the title of the film, Prem Ki Shaadi).”
SALMAN KHAN AND SOORAJ BARJATYA’S PREVIOUS COLLABORATIONS
Sooraj Barjatya has been instrumental to Salman Khan’s growth as an actor, and he was the one who made the iconic Maine Pyaar Kiya in 1989, which launched the superstar in Bollywood. The two have worked together in films like Salman and Sooraj have earlier collaborated on iconic films such as Hum Aapke Hain Koun (1994), Hum Saath Saath Hain (1999), and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (2015). There have been rumours that the two will collaborate soon, but there had been no confirmation before.

Salman Khan will next be seen in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which will hit theatres on Eid 2023. Salman Khan will also be seen in Tiger 3 with Katrina Kaif. The actor has been associated with the Tiger franchise since its inception. Tiger 3 will hit the big screen on Diwali 2023. It was earlier scheduled for release on Eid 2023. Shah Rukh Khan will make a cameo appearance in Salman Khan’s Tiger 3.
