South Central Railway announced four special train services connecting Charlapalli and Kollam Junction for Sabarimala pilgrims in December 2025 and January 2026. The services aim to manage the expected rush of devotees and provide smoother, more comfortable travel during the peak pilgrimage season
Hyderabad: To cater to the increased rush of Sabarimala pilgrims, South Central Railway (SCR) has announced four special train services connecting Charlapalli and Kollam Junction in December 2025 and January 2026.
The special services include: Train No. 07119 – Charlapalli to Kollam running on December 17 and 31, and Train No. 07121 – Charlapalli to Kollam running on December 20.
Train No. 07118 – Kollam to Charlapalli running on December 15, and Train No. 07120 – Kollam to Charlapalli on December 19 and January 2, 2026.
Train No. 07122 – Kollam to Charlapalli running on December 22, and Train No. 07124 – Kollam to Charlapalli running on December 26.
The SCR said that the additional services will help ensure smoother and more comfortable travel for pilgrims during the peak festive season.
