SIT to seek HC nod to question Bandi: TSPSC scam

HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad police special investigation team (SIT), probing the TSPSC question paper leak scam, is planning to seek court permission to question BJP state chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar in connection with the allegations he made over the TSPSC scam.
SIT has earlier served notices to him asking for evidence on his allegations, but he did not appear before them.
Sanjay had alleged allegations that 50 candidates qualified for the TSPSC exam from one mandal of Jagtial district, which included a BRS leader’s relative.
“We are looking into the legal options to question Sanjay and we will proceed, accordingly,” SIT officials said.
