Stone hurled at Chandrababu Naidu’s convoy in AP’s Nandigama, 1 injured
A stone was reportedly hurled at the convoy of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) national president N. Chandrababu on Friday. The incident took place at Nandigama in the NTR district. The incident took place at 6:30 pm at Nadigama.
According to City Police Commissioner Kanti Rana Tata, one stone was thrown by unknown miscreants at Naidu’s road show. His Chief Security Officer (CSO) Madhav was injured in the incident. He reportedly sustained injuries on his chin. . He was administer first aid.
Notably, a huge number of people turned out for Naidu’s roadshow. Rope parties were reportedly deployed around the vehicle of the former Andhra Pradesh CM. As per Tata, Naidu’s rally continued even after the incident.
