Tamilisai visits Somnath, takes part in Tamil Sangamam
Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan with defence minister Rajnath Singh at the Saurashtra Tamil Sangamam in Somnath on Monday.
HYDERABAD: Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan on Monday visited Somnath to take part in the Saurashtra Tamil Sangamam, the second such event she has participated. Earlier in November 2022, she visited Kashi to take part in the Kashi Tamil Sangamam.
The Governor joined defence minister Rajnath Singh for the event in Somnath, home to the Sri Somanatha temple, abode of one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India.
