Task Force and Central Crime Station officials arrest one in investment fraud case

Hyderabad: In a joint operation, Task Force (North) and the Central Crime Station (CCS) officials nabbed Kaswaraju Hiranmahee (59), a resident of Gandhi Nagar, who was absconding in a cheating case. He allegedly had duped investors by promising to supply chemical-free liquids.
Hiranmahe had started a business establishment styled as ‘Ration Bio Products’ through which he promised to supply bio enzymes-based floor and washroom cleaning liquids without use of chemicals.
Police said, for this, he made the victims invest huge sums of money in 2021 assuring an annual turnover of Rs 100 crore by 2024.
However, investors neither received the agreed shareholding nor the promised returns, and approached the police. Based on several complaints, a case was booked and he was arrested.
