Hyderabad: A two-judge bench of Telangana High Court comprising Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul and Justice Renuka Yara on Monday dealing with a public interest litigation case pertaining to insufficient healthcare facilities in every court complex of the State sought the response of Standing counsel for the High Court on the issue.
Harsha Vardhan Gujjeti, an advocate filed this public interest litigation case raising concerns about the insufficient infrastructure across all the courts in the State to address the emergency health conditions, the advocates and court staff face.
Taking note of the same, the bench adjourned the matter to next week for further hearing.
