Rajanna-Sircilla: A leopard killed a buffalo on the outskirts of Mustafanagar of Gambhiraopet mandal.
A farmer from the village, Rasamalla Raju had left his buffalo in a cattle shed at his agricultural field on Sunday night. The buffalo was found dead when he went to the fields in the morning.
Suspecting that a leopard killed the buffalo, villagers informed the matter to Forest officials, who visited the spot and examined the pug marks.
Farmers and villagers panicked after knowing about the movement of the leopard.
