PEDDAPALLI: International Women’s Day was celebrated in National Thermal Power Corporation (Ramagundam & Telangana) on Saturday. The celebrations were held at EDC Millennium Hall.
The celebration included an interactive session where female employees had the opportunity to voice their concerns and engage directly with NTPC Executive Director Chandan Kumar Samanta.
The ED addressed the issues raised and commended the dedication and hard work of the female workforce, encouraging all to strive for excellence.
Samanta also emphasised NTPC’s commitment to employee safety and the various measures implemented to ensure a secure work environment.
Dr Archana Jamwal delivered an insightful presentation highlighting the significance of Women’s Day.
The event saw participation from a total of 51 female employees at NTPC (R&T), including engineering executive trainees (EETs).
