Karimnagar: A PG medical student, Aarti Sahu, died by suicide in Karimnagar. The reason for the extreme step is not yet known.
Aarti, who was studying PG second year at Pratima Institute of Medical Sciences here, allegedly consumed pesticide on January 30.
Other students admitted her to the college hospital for the treatment. As her condition deteriorated, she was shifted to a private hospital where she breathed her last on Saturday night.
Police have registered a case and are investigating.
