Vexed by her son Rajkumar’s harassment, the woman Dudamma tied his hands and legs, strangled and beat him to death
Kothagudem: A woman allegedly killed her son, who was addicted to alcohol and was troubling the family members, at Edurugadda village of Laxmidevipally mandal in the district on Thursday.
The deceased, Elkapalli Rajkumar (40) was said to have been torturing his mother, wife, and son physically and mentally for the past some time.
His family members told him several times to mend his ways but in vain.
Vexed by her son’s harassment, Dudamma tied his hands and legs, strangled and beat him to death. The locals who noticed the incident informed the police.
Laxmidevipally Sub-Inspector Ramana Reddy visited the spot, booked a case, and took up the investigation into the incident.
