Three students from Carmel Convent High School, Mancherial, excelled in the Asmita Khelo India Athletic Meet conducted by the Sports Authority of India. Sony Krishna, M Srinidhi and G Shrustiyogyatha secured top positions in the 60 metres running and triathlon events.
Mancherial: Three students from Carmel Convent High School-Mancherial excelled in Asmita Khelo India Athletic Meet held by Sports Authority of India on the premises of a government degree college here recently. They were felicitated by the management of the school on Tuesday.
Principal sister Saroopya and vice-principal Seema said that Sony Krishna, M Srinidhi and G Shrustiyogyatha stood first in the 60 metres running and triathlon events, respectively. They congratulated the students for excelling in the athletic meet and bringing recognition to the school. They told other students to draw inspiration from the winners.
