Hyderabad: Hyderabad Traffic Police announced traffic diversions from August 29 to September 5, between 3 pm and late night, to manage Ganesh idol immersion processions towards NTR Marg and People’s Plaza on PVNR Marg.
Key diversion points include Sailing Club Junction, VV Statue, Telugu Thalli Junction, DBR Mills, Kavadiguda X Road, Nallagutta Bridge and Buddha Bhavan. Routes leading to Upper Tank Bund, NTR Marg and Necklace Road will be regulated or closed depending on congestion levels.
Motorists heading towards Liberty, Khairatabad, Secunderabad and Punjagutta are advised to take alternate routes via Kavadiguda, Begumpet, Minister Road and Telugu Thalli flyover.
