Hyderabad: This placement season at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad College of Engineering, two students — Moturi Amulya and Challa Sai Mahitha Reddy — secured job offers from Goldman Sachs with the highest annual package of Rs 24 lakh.
While Kantu Kusumitha bagged Rs 19.75 lakh per annum job offer from JP Morgan and Chase, Verisk Analytics India Private Limited rolled out a job offer to Nandini Maharaj with a CTC of Rs 17 lakh per annum.
So far, 130 students bagged job offers from different companies during the campus placement held on the campus here. Alstom SA, French multinational national company, selected 33 PG students with an annual package of Rs 8.5 lakh, while another company — Honeywell — offered jobs to 15 students with a CTC of Rs 9 lakh per annum, the JNTU-Hyderabad said.
Similarly, Acmegrade rolled out offers to eight students with an annual package of Rs 6 lakh and Ediglobe, a company, picked up 40 students offering a package of Rs 5 lakh and Rs 6 lakh per annum, it said.
University Rector Dr K Vijaya Kumar Reddy and Registrar Dr K Venkateshwara Rao appreciated students on receiving job offers from different companies.
