It is known that the Telangana High Court had cleared the way for the exam by dismissing a bunch of petitions on Tuesday.
Aspirants are demanding postponement of the exams to October 27.
They have been protesting against the Government Order (GO) 29 issued by the TGPSC earlier this year, which introduced changes to the selection process for the Group – 1 services.
Their primary concern revolved around the 1:50 selection ratio. They expressed concerns about the fairness of the exam process under the current selection criteria and urged the State government to rectify the issued in the recruitment procedure.
Meanwhile, demanding immediate release of the pending fees reimbursement amount, students and members of the BC Azad Youth Foundation staged a protest on the Osmania University campus.
They issued an ultimatum to the State government to release the necessary funds within 24 hours or they would lay seize the Secretariat on Friday.
