She was asleep when the troop of monkeys created noise on her tin-roofed house. Ganga Goud, the husband of the woman, lodged a complaint with police. A case was registered.
Meanwhile, locals said they were facing inconvenience following an unprecedented monkey menace in the town. They said they were fearing to move on the streets due to the monkeys. They requested officials of Khanapur municipality to take steps to address the menace.
