24-year-old Satheesh murdered during clash between two groups in Bhadrachalam; accused Sairam surrenders to police; incident follows a dispute at a petrol bunk in Yetapaka, Andhra Pradesh, the previous night
Kothagudem: A youth was murdered in Bhadrachalam town on Saturday during a violent clash between two groups.
The victim, Satheesh (24), was stabbed to death at his residence in ASR Colony. The accused, G Sairam of Jagadish Colony, surrendered to the police after the incident. A case has been registered against him and 10 others.
According to the police, the groups had clashed at a petrol bunk in Yetapaka, Andhra Pradesh, on Friday night over an unspecified issue.
They fled the scene when the police arrived. Knives allegedly abandoned by Sairam and his associates were recovered from the spot.
