Apple’s First Titanium iPhone To Launch Next Year

Living true to the iPhone hype machine, rumours about Apple’s next flagship smartphone are already abound. It seems that Apple is making a few changes to the iPhone line up.

For starters, the iPhone 15’s Ultra iteration is slated to become the first Apple phone to have a titanium body. Most manufacturers don’t use titanium because it costs considerably more than steel.

According to LeaksApplePro, iPhone 15 Ultra will replace the Pro Max branding next year, and it’ll be Apple’s first phone with a titanium chassis. Titanium is expensive, but is also stronger, lighter, and more scratch-resistant.

Of course, all rumours are just rumours at this point. There were similar suggestions for iPhone 14 before it was released. There are other rumours making the rounds online. It looks like Apple wants to kill the 6.1-inch base iPhone model next year.
