      Russia has said the future of Crimea is not up for negotiation after Kyiv said it would be prepared to enter talks on the illegally annexed territory.       The Secretary General of Amnesty International Canada has claimed she was a “victim of racism” after she was denied boarding on a flight from Ottawa.
