Pocharam dam withstands worst flood in 100 years

Telangana: Extremely Heavy Rainfall Pummels Kamareddy, Medak and Nirmal
Telangana witnessed extreme rainfall, with Kamareddy, Medak and Nirmal districts worst hit. Rajampet in Kamareddy recorded 440.5 mm, while Medak and Nirmal logged over 328 mm.
