      TGRERA directs Hyderabad-based realtor PVR Developers to form allottees’ association

      The Telangana RERA has directed PVR Developers to immediately form and register an association of allottees in the ‘Urban Life’ project at Shankarpally. The directive follows complaints by two homebuyers regarding project delays and lack of common area management Hyderabad: The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA), in its interim orders, directed a Hyderabad-based  real estate developer, PVR Developers (respondent), Prashant Hills of Khajaguda, to constitute and register the association of allottees and ensure effective adjudication of issues related to common areas and project-wide amenities.
