Hasbulla has ‘officially signed a deal to fight in the UFC’

Hasbulla Magomedov has thanked Dana White and Khabib Nurmagomedov after signing a deal to fight in the UFC.

Last month, reports claimed that the Russian viral sensation has put pen to paper on a five-year deal, which has paved the way for him to make his debut in the world famous Octagon.

The 19-year-old, who has over 3.5 million followers on Instagram, counts White and Nurmagomedov as some of his more famous pals.

And now he has confirmed ‘the rumours are true’ after getting into a row with Conor McGregor.

Hasbulla wrote on social media: “The rumours are true. I have officially signed a deal to fight in the UFC! Details will be revealed by the end of the year.

“Thank you to the UFC, Dana White, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Surkhay Sungurov, Justin Ozuna and everyone who helped make this dream become a reality.

“All my fans will be able to buy a Hasbulla fight kit soon on UFC.com and hasbulla.com.”

The UFC are yet to make an official announcement as to whether Hasbulla will make his debut later this year, let alone if his claims are indeed genuine.

Hasbulla recently launched a blistering attack on McGregor, telling the Irishman he’ll “smash him with my mountain spirit.”

Earlier this year, ‘The Notorious’ tweeted that he would love to “boot that little g*** Hasbulla over the goal post.”

It didn’t take long for Hasbulla to get wind of McGregor’s latest comments on him, and he was quick to send a message to the former two-weight world champion.

“Hey uncle Dana White and UFC please make it happen,” he wrote in reply.

“Let me eat this chicken Conor McGregor.

“I’m hungry, I’ll smash him with my mountain spirit. My brother Khabib [Nurmagomedov] smashed him and all his team, now is my time to rise!”

It has been confirmed that Hasbulla will be in attendance at UFC 280 on October 22 to support his good friend Islam Makhachev in his world title fight against Charles Oliveira. He will also be in Makhachev’s corner when he takes on Oliveira for the vacant lightweight title.
