Nothing Phone (1) camera will support 4K 60fps video recording, more specifications leaked

Nothing Phone (1) specifications and features have started to surface as we get closer to the launch. The first smartphone from Nothing will debut globally on July 12. Amid all the hype created by the company for its new smartphone with a transparent design, the Phone (1)’s camera features have leaked online.

Tipster Abhishek Yadav has leaked many other details about the Phone (1). The tipster claims that the dual-camera setup of the Phone (1) will feature a 50MP main camera and an ultrawide camera with a 114-degree field of view. The main camera, which will have an f/1.8 aperture, will support video recording up to 4K 60fps.

In addition to this, the Nothing Phone (1) will have a 6.55-inch OLED display at the front with a hole-punch cutout at the top left corner. The screen will support an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate as well. Nothing Phone (1) will also have a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass on the front and back. The company has already confirmed that the Phone (1) will have a metal chassis made out of recycled materials.

In addition to this, it is confirmed that the Phone (1) will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. The company is rumoured to launch the Phone (1) with three storage options. Its base variant will have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone is also rumoured to launch with 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB storage options.

Under the hood, the Phone (1) is rumoured to pack a 4500 mAh battery. It will support 45W fast charging, 15W wireless charging, and 5W reverse wireless charging. The device is also confirmed to run Android 12 out of the box with a layer of Nothing OS on top.

Nothing Phone (1) will also launch with a Glyph interface, which lets users customize the LED notifications for different contacts/ notifications. The Phone (1) price has also leaked. It is said to come at a starting price of $397 (roughly Rs 31,300). The 8GB + 256GB variant and 12GB + 256GB variants are said to be priced at $419 (roughly Rs 33,000) and $456 (roughly Rs 35,900).
