KJo, Farah Khan to host IIFA Rocks 2023 in Abu Dhabi
International Indian Film Academy and Awards (IIFA) returns to Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, on February 9, 10 and 11, 2023. Mumbai: Filmmaker Karan Johar and Farah Khan will host IIFA Rocks, a musical extravaganza showcasing talents from India. IIFA ROCKS 2023 will have live performances by some of Bollywood artists, including Amit Trivedi, Badshah, Nucleya and Sunidhi Chauhan. Krishna couldn’t recover after cardiac arrest: Doctors
Popular veteran Telugu actor Krishna had remained in an extremely critical state after suffering cardiac arrest on Monday with multi-organ failure and severe hypoxic brain injury. He passed away at 4.09 am on Tuesday morning, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Continental Hospitals, Dr Guru N Reddy in a medical bulletin, said. “Over the last 24-hours, Ghattameneni Krishna continued to remain in an extremely critical state, following his admission to our emergency ward with cardiac arrest. On resuscitation, he was shifted to ICU. He remained critically ill with multi-organ failure and severe hypoxic brain injury. Veteran Telugu actor Krishna passed away in the early hours of Tuesday at Continental Hospitals, Gachibowli. Popularly known as ‘Super Star’ Krishna, the 79-year-old actor was on ventilator support at the hospital after he suffered a massive cardiac arrest on Monday. Krishna was brought to the hospital’s emergency department at 1.15 am on Monday morning with cardiac arrest. The doctors had immediately performed CPR and resuscitated him within 20 minutes. Since then, the actor was on ventilator support at Continental Hospitals. In a film-career that spanned for nearly five decades, Krishna has appeared in over 350 films in a variety of roles.
