Exclusive: BJP leaders caught ‘purchasing’ TRS MLAs, over Rs 100 crore seized by Cyberabad Police

Several BJP leaders were caught red-handed while trying to bribe four TRS MLAs in Telangana’s Moinabad on late Wednesday night. The Cyberabad Police have seized over Rs 100 crore in the bust.

According to reports, Moinabad police allegedly caught BJP leaders while trying to purchase TRS MLAs. Four TRS MLAs Pilot Rohit Reddy, Beeram Harsh Vardhan Reddy, Rega Kantharao, Guvvala Balraj were present at the farm house during the raid.

While speaking to Times Now, Cyberabad CP Stephen Ravindra said, “We have received information from TRS MLAs stating that they were being lured, by money, contracts, posts and they have shared this information with us, based upon that information, we have raided the farm house.”

“We noticed three persons, Ramachandra Bharathi, Sharma and one of them stays in the temple and in Delhi. He was the one who was speaking to these people. Along with him there was one Swamiji from Tirupati, he was also present at the spot. They were bringing one person Nandakumar to lure these people,” he added.

The Cyberabad CP further said, “On this info we conducted the raid. We will initiate legal action and carry investigation into the luring matter.”
